Wenty Morris is the former frontman and songwriter of The Chocolate Hippies. In 1998 he went solo to release the Brindle Creme CD. With his former band he has opened for major artists like Dionne Farris and has a song (Concrete Flower) included in the motion picture Clueless. After 2 CDs, relentless and successful touring, Wenty Morris disbanded The Chocolate Hippies to concentrate on a more successful songwriting career. He toured Europe with his new backup band, spending most of the time in France. There he performed live on MCM (the French MTV and just about as popular in Europe via satellite) and had very successful shows all over the country. Currently he is working on the follow-up to the 1998 Brindle Creme and is playing sold-out shows in such clubs as The Mint and Luna Park in his adopted hometown LA (he's originally from New York City).
