Naomi Carmack is a 21 year old singer/songwriter from Canada. She has a great passion for the music she has written, and aspires to make a lasting career as a singer, but explores all facets of the music industry. She has been writing for many years, and is influenced by many genres, primarily pop and rock. In 1993 she won second runnerup in a local radio station contest for her song "Be My Baby" to be featured on a dance compilation CD called "Powermix". It was released in 1994 in local record stores. The song then nominated Naomi for "Best Dance/Rap/Rhythm Artist of the Year" in 1994 by the Alberta Recording Industry Association. Naomi's music is catchy and heartfelt. Her clever lyrics stir the imagination. She is dedicated to her music, and hopes to touch the hearts and ears of many music lovers.
